Job Title:ASE L1 MASTER Technician Location:  6801 W. Hefner Road. Oklahoma City, OK 73162Job Overview:The Master Technician is responsible for flagging shop hours;  from diagnosis, small and major repair, heavy line, differential repair.   We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage updates for shop tools, OEM scan tools, alignment machine, etc.Mentor younger technicians Help other technicians diagnose and repair vehicles when necessary (i.e., misdiagnosis, employee development, etc.)Contribute as a technician team member to uphold brand and quality standards of the  team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyMonitor bulk fluid levelsMonitor shop efficiency through technician hours reports and ticket audit processEnforce safety regulations and protocols
